Itinerary
Deposits:
A $444 US Dollars deposit is required to reserve your place on the tour.
Payments shall be made by personal check, bank check, credit-card check
or Money Order and made payable to: All One World.

To make your deposit using a credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or
American Express - contact us via email or
telephone: 1-877-538-8836. This service is only available for the
deposits, not the balance that is then due.
Payment of the deposit
constitutes an agreement by you to pay the total cost of the tour August
1, 2009. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by us by
the deadlines below.
Early
Bird Discount: To receive the Early Bird Discount your
total amount due must be received by June 1, 2009. Payments must
be made by check or bank transfer.
Payments of the Remaining Balance: The balance of your tour
payment can be paid by personal check, bank check, credit-card check,
Money Order and made payable to: All One World. You can also make your payment via bank wire transfer.
To participate in the
Installment Plan, you must fill out a form that will authorize us to
deduct the payments from your credit card or PayPal account.
Payments will be made on follows:
Day of your registration: $444 deposit
May 1, 2009: $1111
June 1, 2009: $1111
July 1, 2009: $1111
August 1, 2009: $1111
You will have paid a total of $4,888 by August 1, 2009 for the Sept 27 -
Oct 7, 2009, Egypt tour (not including other options).

Cancellations: If you
cancel in writing, your refunds are as
follows:
If we receive a notice of
cancellation from you before June 1, 2009, we will
return to you all monies received by us from you minus a $244 registration
fee per person.
If we receive a notice of
cancellation from you before August 1, 2009, we will return
all monies received by us from you minus $500 US per person.
If we receive a notice of
cancellation from you before August 22, 2009, we will return all
monies received by us from you minus $1,500 US per person.
If we receive a notice of
cancellation from you before Sept 11, 2009, we will return all
monies received by us from you minus $3,000 US per person.
If you cancel on Sept 11,
2009, or afterwards there will not be any reimbursement by us to
you. Travel insurance is available to prevent such losses.
