Payments
and Refund Policy
Tour DEPOSITS:
A $500 US Dollars deposit
is required to reserve your place on a tour. Payments shall be made by
credit card, PayPal, personal check, bank check, credit-card check or Money Order.
Checks are to be made payable
to: All One World.

Deposits can also be made by telephoning with credit card information.
9:00am - 5:00pm EST (New York time zone) on Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday-Saturday.

Payment of the deposit
constitutes an agreement by you to pay the total cost of the tour at
least 60 days prior to the first day of the tour. All cancellations must
be made in writing and received by us by the deadlines below.
Paying your BALANCE (after
the deposit):
The balance of your tour
payment is due 60 days before departure and is to be paid by
personal check, bank check, credit-card check or Money Order.

To pay your balance using a credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or
American Express - contact us.
For those living outside
the United States:
Payments can be made by bank draft in US Dollars or by filling out a credit card authorization form
which can be faxed, mailed or emailed. You can also telephone

Cancellations by Travelers.
Refunds are as follows:
If we receive a notice of
cancellation from you 120 or more days before the tour begins we will
return to you all monies received by us from you minus a $250
nonrefundable registration fee per person.
If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 60-119 days before the
tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $500
US per person.
If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 32-59 days before the
tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus
$1,000 US per person.
If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 10-31 days before the
tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus
$2,000 US per person.
If you cancel 9 days or less before the tour begins there will not be
any reimbursement by us to you. Travel insurance is available to prevent
such losses.

Cancellations of tours
by All One World:
In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, you will
receive a refund of all fees paid to us. Refunds will be made in the same
form as the payments made - credit card payments by credit card refund, checks
by check.
We only cancel tours if we feel
that it is unsafe to travel. We do not cancel tours because of low
enrollment.
